Created as an elevated take on Tuscan table wine it is a delightful, fresh wine that will make you fall in love at the first sip. There is a drop more Trebbiano in this vintage’s blend to produce a vibrant red that can also be chilled in the summer. Bright ruby red in color. Light and easy drinking red with enough to share.

Sangiovese and Trebbiano grow right next to each other in the vineyard and are picked together and spontaneously cofermented with native yeast in the ancient Tuscan tradition. Aged for a few months in stainless steel the wine is then bottled and designed to drink young.

Four generations of the Paolini family have nurtured a tiny plot of land just outside the wine hill town of Montepulciano to produce outstanding natural wines. Currently at the helm is Eugenia who took over as winemaker after her father Sergio died in 2014. Growing exceptional grapes through biodynamic farming is Luteraia’s main focus.
