One of few expressions from the new world, this vibrant and light-bodied Trousseau effuses with aromas of black raspberry, pomegranate, perfume. It reveals warm spices on the finish like anise.
Destemmed and fermented in 105-ton stainless steel vessels. Aged on lees for 7 months in neutral oak barriques.
Mosier Hills Vineyard was first planted in 2011 and sits across a south-facing ridge sculpted by the Missoula Floods. It lies within a patchwork of oak and grassland, where cobblestones and glacial sands dominate the landscape. Analemma is a Demeter Certified Biodynamic winery.
