Hand harvested and fermented on indigenous yeasts without temperature control, bottled unfined & unfiltered. The Arneis is produced with 5 days of skin contact.
The vineyards are located on rugged hillsides that are so steep they must be worked entirely by hand. The brothers are dedicated to practicing biodynamic farming without the use of synthetic pesticides or herbicides, nor do they till the soil between rows.
