Inspired by the best of Provencal rose, crisp and salmon in color, it still has texture and body and loads of personality. It has those lilies and gardenias always present in the La Garagista Brianna-based wines, but also a lovely berry fruitiness and limestone minerality.

All the fruit was fermented whole cluster for 2 days, then destemmed, light to no foot crush, and pressed directly. Spontaneous yeast fermentation and elévage in fiber egg on fine lees.

Les Carouges Vineyard is regeneratively farmed, practicing biodynamic. Soils are clay and calcareous, lacustrine silt sediment, shale (historically this land used to be sea and lakebed.)
