A vibrant col fondo with gorgeous aromatics, gentle bubbles and dry, chalky finish.
The Moscato begins fermentation in concrete, before being put into bottle with some grape must he has kept aside since the harvest. The wine is refermented in bottle and there is no disgorgement.
The vines are up to 60 years old and planted on steep hillsides at around 1,300 feet of elevation. The soils are mainly clay with small amounts of limestone. Ezio’s wines are dry, made with Biodynamically grown grapes in small batches, and no use of yeasts or other additives.
