Grapes were fermented and aged in a combination of stainless steel and neutral French oak barrels for 5 months. It was then aged an additional 12 months in bottle before being disgorged by hand at the winery.
This wine is from 40-year-old vines, dry-farmed, certified organic, grown at 1500 feet above sea level at Massa Estate vineyard.
