A white/orange field blend that is lemon custard in color with aromas of apricot.

Lemon custard in color. The scent of apricots is concentrated as it passes through the farmscape.
Fermented spontaneously using low-intervention methods in the cellar. The grapes are macerated in a wooden vat for five days before being pressed by food into old barrels where it aged for 20 months before bottling by hand. No sulphites added and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Farmed organically/biodynamically. The parcel is in the far Southesast corner of the farm with an eastern exposure. It was grafted in 2016 from Pinot Gris to a field blend based on Spanish and Portuguese white varieties: Xarel-lo, Arinto, Verdelho, Albarino, Trousseau Gris, Godellp. Albillo Real and Macabeo.
