Two clones from a single site, located five vineyards from the ocean in Arroyo Grande Valley. Hand-harvested and fermented using native yeasts, using 25% whole cluster inclusion, and aged 7 months as one in neutral 59gal barrique, sur lie.
Vineyard is comprised of sand, sandy loam and clay loam soils, practicing organic in the Nipomo foothills of the San Luis Obispo coast.
