Whole cluster pressed and then cold-settled 48 hours. Racked to stainless steel and fermented for 21 days. Underwent partial malolactic fermentation. Aged on lees for 5 months prior to bottling.
Sustainably farmed in the Sonoma Coast AVA, planted on clear lake clay and langier loam.
