Think of it in terms of margaritas, on the one hand you can get the basic sweet frozen margarita or on the other hand you can get really nice tequila and just squeeze a couple limes into it. All the lemon lime Albariño gives more body and texture.

2 picks on the Albariño; each pick was fermented separately in concrete eggs and blended post primary fermentation. Aged 7 months in concrete before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, native yeast fermentation.
