Delicate flavors of strawberry and citrus with fresh acidity and a mineral note to balance.
Different lots were pressed and fermented separately. Whole cluster pressed and fermented in a mix of stainless-steel barrels and neutral French oak. After primary fermentation, individual lots went through malolactic fermentation and were blended prior to returning to stainless steel and neutral French oak barrels to age for an additional 2 months.
Farmed in the Dunnigan Hills of Yolo County using only organic methods.
