Beautiful, light, and crisp. The wine has notes of lemon, sea salt, and stone on the nose, with a palate full of yellow apple, meyer lemon, and ripe pear on a salty, soft but balanced slightly off-dry palate with peach tones.
Hand harvested, destemmed and fermented on wild yeast in neutral oak barrels.
Crow Valley Vineyard is a dry-farmed, practicing organic vineyard first planted in 1979 in the Willamette Valley.
