Bursting with tropical lychee, juicy pineapple and a hint of spice, it’s 85% Gewürztraminer with just enough Pinot Noir to add structure, a touch of that Pinot Noir funk, and a playful ruby hue. Chill it down – it’s bright, refreshing and ready to party.
Hand-harvested and fermented whole cluster, macerated on skins for four days, foot stomped and went direct to press. Fermented on wild yeasts in neutral oak barrels.
Fruit is coming from Crow Valley, a vineyard planted in the late 1970s using organic farming practices on Bellpine soil in the Willamette Valley.
